 Hello, everyone. I hope you all had a great weekend. I will be teaching all of my scheduled classes this week. This week I am bringing back performing moves with two people on the board. We will start with Zip It and possibly C-Walk Schedule
In an effort to improve my eating habits and workout regimen, I started using a really good nutrition and fitness training app to log my caloric intake and my workouts.
