Hello everyone! I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter weekend. I am teaching all of my scheduled classes this week.

Monday, March 28, 2016: Step II Plus Abs, 7:00 pm at LA Fitness – Culver City
Wednesday, March 30, 2016: Step Plus Abs, 6:45 pm at LA Fitness – Culver City
Friday, April 1 2016: Step Plus Abs, 7:00 pm at LA Fitness – Culver City

Aerobic Marathon (Summer Jam)
Our next aerobics marathon is tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 10 from 7:00 pm to 9:30. I am waiting for confirmation from DJ Cornel. The format is step and hi-lo and the confirmed instructors are:

Rochelle
Omar
Steve
