Hello everyone! I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas. LA Fitness in on holiday schedule this week so I will teach only my Monday and Wednesday night classes this week. Schedule
This is to confirm that the Masterclass I announced in class will take place on Saturday, January 30 from 9:00 am to noon. The format is step and hi-lo and the confirmed instructors are me, Rochelle, Omar and Steve. DJ Cornell will be mixing the music live and we will have our step-off competition during this event. More details to follow on the format. New Xtreme Step Baby Mary Youssef, one our our newer members gave birth to a baby boy on Saturday, December 19. His name is Adam Chris and he weighs in at 7 lbs, 2 oz. Congratulations to Mary and Moody!
