Get you pre-holiday workout in on Monday, December 23. This is my last class of the year. I will return on Monday, January 6, 2020!!  Hello everyone!! We had a wonderful anniversary class on December 9. 2019 marks 25-years that I have been teaching step. I can't believe the time has flown by sooo fast. Thank you to all of you who came out to support and reconnect with old friends. I have been looking for away to make my class more approachable to new people so I have reverted back to the old choreography I used to use back in the day. I have experienced some success using a more simple format. From now on I am going to refer to this class as "Old Skool Step" I will be teaching on Monday and Wednesday this week:
