• Wednesday, November 9, 2016: Step  Plus Abs, 6:45 pm at LA Fitness –  Culver City

Madonna Grimes Passing
I am sad to announce that Madonna Grimes a renowned dancer, choreographer and fitness instructor, passed away last Friday.   She taught me so much about teaching and running a performance team.  I will miss her. My consolences go out to her family.
