Happy Daylight Savings!! This is to confirm that I am teaching both of my scheduled classes this week as follows:
  1. Monday, November 8 @ 7 pm - Culver City LA Fitness
  2. Wednesday, November 10 @ 7pm - Culver City LA Fitness

Health Tip
For the last several years, I have had he pleasure of taking Tai Chi at Roxbury Park in Beverly Hills. The following benefits prompted me to give it a try:
  • Decreased stress, anxiety and depression.
  • Improved mood.
  • Improved aerobic capacity
  • Increased energy and stamina.
  • Improved flexibility, balance and agility.
  • Improved muscle strength and definition
